I grew up in a family with the belief that everything we consume effects something else directly. That is why my parents raised my sister and I vegetarian and now I am vegan. I have studied the art of international bread baking, hospitality management and have worked in kitchens and bakeries for my entire working life.
These days, my dream of every individual eating sustainably and healthfully seems so far fetched, but I will never give up.
